Period full leather binding, raised bands, ornately gilt ruled compartments.

Fascinating early 18th century collection of essays and treatises railing against the Catholic Papacy.

In Fair condition, both boards detached, leather peeling, scuffed, dried, remnants of old tape to repair binding seen on boards. old tape to half title. Pages lightly stained and worn, binding still sound & tight.     

Measures 4 3/4" x 7 3/4."

Appears to be a rare volume.
